Seaside Plantation

This Exceptional House, built in the North Myrtle Beach Neighborhood of Seaside Plantation, is a definite Eye-Catcher!  This 4 Bedroom, 4 Full and One Half Bathroom House is complete with an Office, Bonus Room, Over-Sized 2 Car Garage, and 2 Story Screened-In Porch.  The all Brick Exterior (Old Guignard Color) with Tan Vinyl Siding Accents on the Eaves and around the Windows gives this House an Impressive look.  For additional Storm Protection Impact Windows (Simonton Storm Breaker) and Doors were used throughout this House.

The Kitchen of this House is just as Breathtaking as the Great Room!  The Custom Designed Cabinets are accented by the Wall Color this Home Owner selected.  The Granite Countertops and Tile Backsplash also aid in accenting the Custom Cabinetry.  This Kitchen is completed with Teak Hardwood Flooring, Recessed Lighting, Under the Cabinet Lighting, Crown Moulding, and a Stainless Steel and Off-White Appliance Package.
