Sunset Harbour
We are in the Business of Building and Furnishing High-End Custom Homes for resell and planned to Build our first such home on the Grand Strand on a Lot we purchased in Sunset Harbour. We were referred to and interviewed numerous General Contractors; however, once we met with Charlie, our decision became obvious.
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Charlie, Heather and all his Employees, Subcontractors and Recommended Suppliers. They made the whole process of Building a Custom Home much more enjoyable than any time in our past experiences.
Charlie has the experience to lead you in the best direction and his input and can do attitude is echoed by everyone we worked with. Charlie and his Associates were always accessible and did what they said they would do. Charlie met our expectations for our home on budget and completion time without any major issues.
Due to this experience and Charlie’s expertise and integrity, we are looking for land to start other home with these guys in the near future. We have been blessed and would be happy to provide a reference for Babb Custom Homes anytime.
