We have never once regretted or questioned our decision to contract with Charlie Babb Construction Company to build our house.
Before talking with Charlie, we had pretty much decided to use another builder we had met and spoken with earlier, but did want to get 2 or 3 prices. After I spoke with Charlie on the telephone the first time, I told my wife how impressed I was from this one conversation.
One thing that sets Charlie aside from many contractors today is his hands on experience. Charlie is a builder by trade not just a contractor putting together subs. Charlie is a successful builder not only because of his abilities, but the ability of the first rate sub contractors he uses. All of the subs used on our house were professional, polite, and respectful. It was obvious Charlie demands this of all involved.
We have already agreed that if we build again we would consider only Charlie Babb Construction.
Not only did we end up with a well built house, we also made friends with some very good people. We would recommend Charlie Babb Construction to anyone in the North Myrtle Beach, Little River area.
